What is Positive Intelligence (PQ?)

We have all heard of EQ (Emotional Intelligence) and IQ (Intellectual Intelligence) now, there is an emerging "new" intelligence called PQ. Taking the Positive Intelligence Course and working on your PQ muscle will help decrease your negative self-talk, quiet the chatter in your brain and shift your perspective. Helping you reduce anxiety and stress so you can become the best version of yourself.

Why do we need high PQ?

As you strengthen your PQ muscle, you can access the part of the brain that allows for more constructive, creative, intuitive and non-reactionary thinking. This type of thinking will enable you to feel less anxious, stressed, frustrated, angry, resentful, and guilty and increase your general happiness and health overall.


How do we get high PQ?

Everyone can increase their PQ. You can do this by following a simple mental fitness challenge daily.

This simple gesture of taking time out of your busy day, stopping and focusing on becoming present, even for 2 minutes a few times a day, will change your perspective, your outlook, your reactions and feelings leading to a more fulfilled and whole life.

The 9 week PQ program?

 It can be challenging to work through significant changes in our lives without some help, support or guidance from others.   

Positive Intelligence Course Focus: 

  • Strengthening your PQ muscle. You’ll download fun and easy to use PQ tracking App that will help you monitor your progress and guide you in fun and easy to do 2 min. mental fitness exercises daily.  
  • Watch a one-hour PQ video once a week (for 6 weeks).
  • Once a week via zoom you will interact with a PQ certified coach and a small group of people to share your experiences. We call this your Pod. 
  • We will discover your saboteurs and learn tools to reduce hijacking.
